About the class
Wagashi Class “Nagatsuki” is an Authentic Wagashi Class where you can learn directly from a former artisan of wagashi sweets with 14 years of experience.
All levels of experience are welcome.
We hope to provide a wagashi class that will bring you joy, deliciousness, and a smile through wagashi making.

About the Instructor
Miho Takahashi
Ever since I was a child, I loved making sweets. This passion has led me to study at “Nihon Kashi Senmongakkou“, a technical school for confectionery.
After graduating, I trained at a wagashi store in Tokyo, worked at a confectionery technical school for 3 years, and trained at a famous long-established wagashi store for 7 years.
I have a total of 14 years of experience as a wagashi artisan.
In Spring 2024, I opened “Authentic Wagashi Class Nagatsuki”.
